Most orders are processed within 2-3 days. Express and Express Plus orders will be processed on the

What is the "Special Handling Charge"?
Due to excessive size and weight, some items are subject to a per item handling charge. Handling will
be calculated automatically and will notify you independently.
Q: What type of shipping class services do you offer?
A: We offer three delivery methods; Standard 7 Business Days via FedEx and Smartpost, 3 Day Express
and 2 Day Express Plus Service. To estimate shipping, simply add items to your cart. Then enter the ship-to
state and select a shipping option will be displayed in your cart. To estimate the delivery date, please add the
Order processing time and Shipping time outlined on the Shipping Rate Table above.
Q: When do I have to place my order to quality for Express or Express Plus shipping?
A: You must place your order by 12:00 PM NOON EST. If your order is placed after NOON EST, it will be processed
on the following business day.
Q: Do any location restrictions apply to Express or Express Plus shipping?
A: Yes. Unfortunately, we currently cannot provide Express or Express Plus service to the following locations;
* APO/FPO addresses
* P.O. Box address
* U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
Q: What does "Business Day" refer to for shipping delivery time estimate?
A: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. So, when estimating your order's arrival date, please do not include
weekends and holidays.
Q: How does not Order Processing factor into my order's arrival date?
A: To estimate your order's delivery time, you will need to include both the Order Processing time and Shipping time.

your order, order processing may take longer and delay your shipment.
Q: How do I know if an item has a handling surcharge?

Q: Can all items be shipped via Express or Express Plus service?
A: No. Some bulky or oversized items, cut-to-order fabrics or hazardous materials cannot be shipped via Express
service. We will be happy to ship these items standard delivery. If you have items in your cart that require Express shipping, please enter a separate order.
Q: Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
A: Yes. All P.O. box orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS)

Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or upon your shipping method.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most US orders ship within 24 hours. When deciding upon your shipping method, keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Use our "Shipping estimator" to determine when your order should arrive. Please note that the actual ship date of your order is not guaranteed and could affect the delivery date. Most International orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Q: UPS Shipment.
A. UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package we ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, expect for ground packages with destinations to Alaska or Hawaii. Do not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
